Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability. Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, appearance, or other characteristics without notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate and compatible with their intended application before purchase and installation.

Information provided through our website or in response to product questions is provided for general product-selection assistance and is not a substitute for professional electrical design, installation, inspection, engineering, troubleshooting, or code-compliance advice.

Electrical products should be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable electrical codes, and other applicable laws and safety requirements.

Work that requires a qualified or licensed electrical professional should be performed by an appropriately qualified professional.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

Products may be purchased for personal, household, business, trade, contractor, or project use. You agree not to purchase or use products for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized export, or other activity prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including because of product availability, inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other reasonable business considerations.

Your order is not considered ready for pickup until you receive a notification indicating that it is ready.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

All sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy .

If you believe you selected an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to correct an order before it has been prepared, cut, specially ordered, allocated, or otherwise processed, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If we cancel an order or item because we cannot fulfill it, any amount actually charged for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing

Prices, promotions, inventory, and availability may change without notice.

The price displayed at the time an order is submitted generally applies to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, or inventory errors to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable sales tax and any applicable local-delivery charge will be displayed during checkout where required.

One-Sided Electrical Supply does not guarantee that its price for any product will be lower than the price offered by another retailer, distributor, or supplier.

Large-order pricing: Any large-order or quantity pricing discussed directly with us is subject to the specific products, quantities, availability, costs, and circumstances of that particular order. Such pricing does not create an ongoing trade discount, price-match policy, or guaranteed volume-pricing program.

Local Pickup and Local Delivery

One-Sided Electrical Supply does not ship products.

Orders are fulfilled through free local pickup or eligible local delivery.

This location is private property and is not a traditional retail storefront.

Do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Orders are often prepared within approximately 24 hours, but preparation times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Follow the pickup instructions included with your order notification and call or text when you arrive if instructed to do so.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available to eligible addresses within approximately 35 miles of our Valley Center location.

Applicable delivery fees, minimum-order requirements, delivery eligibility, and other delivery terms may be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is finalized.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, order volume, weather, access conditions, traffic, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and any information reasonably necessary to complete delivery.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a delivery if the location cannot reasonably or safely be accessed.

Special Orders

Products not currently in stock may sometimes be available by special order.

Special-order availability, pricing, lead times, quantities, and payment requirements are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Any estimated arrival or availability date is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because special-order products are obtained specifically in response to a customer's request, special orders are final sale except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

One-Sided Electrical Supply generally does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for change of mind, ordering an incorrect product, product compatibility errors, purchasing excess material, or changes to a customer's project.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or a purchase from One-Sided Electrical Supply are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving San Diego County, California.
