No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept products back because of:

• change of mind;
• ordering the wrong item;
• ordering the wrong size, rating, color, specification, or configuration;
• compatibility issues;
• purchasing more material than needed;
• project changes or cancellations;
• finding the product elsewhere at a different price; or
• no longer needing the product.

Cut-to-Length and Special-Order Products

Cut-to-length products, including wire or cable cut or measured specifically for an order, are final sale.

Special-order products obtained specifically in response to a customer's request are also final sale.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law.

Check Your Order

Please inspect your order promptly when you receive it through pickup or local delivery.

Whenever practical, verify:

• the product;
• quantity;
• model or part number;
• visible condition; and
• other important specifications

before installing or using the product.

Wrong Item or Fulfillment Error

If One-Sided Electrical Supply provided a product different from the product shown on your completed order, contact us promptly and before installing or using the product.

We will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

A correction of a fulfillment error is not considered acceptance of a general return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe a product was damaged before you received it or appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with:

• your name;
• order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• photographs when helpful.

We will review the circumstances and advise you of any applicable next steps.

Products may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer and may require the customer to work directly with the manufacturer.

Nothing in this policy limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are generally considered final once submitted.

If you notice an ordering mistake, contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet been prepared, specially ordered, cut, allocated, or otherwise processed, we may be able to correct it, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If One-Sided Electrical Supply cancels an order or item because we are unable to fulfill it, any amount actually charged for the cancelled item will be returned to the original payment method.

Pricing Changes

A later change in our price or another retailer's price does not make a completed order eligible for a refund or price adjustment unless we expressly state otherwise.
